Dallas, Texas, Overview Administrator OCIP/ROCIP is responsible for daily operations of the City’s Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)/Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program (ROCIP) in the Commercial Insurance division of the Office of Risk Management.
