Job Description About the Role: Monitoring the  execution of work at site to ensure alignment to the drawings and specification. Ensuring the workability and adherence to standards in the work statement/methodologies submitted by contractors for each item of work and ensuring the alignment to the same at site. Responsible for all site work related documentation for the assigned items of work. Anticipate and flag imminent bottlenecks. Take steps to avoid delays. Furnish necessary reports of critical activities and super critical activities to client Advice contractors in enhancing the resource productivity by implementing various work study techniques Monitor procurement of materials, equipment and labour by contractors with respect to the time schedule and advise them suitable measures for improvement Assisting QA/QC â“ in â“ charge in ensuring all quality parameters are met. Assisting the safety team in implementing the safety standards at site; provide all support for making job safety analysis. Escalating to project manager about all abnormal developments with respect to progress of work, safety, quality, resources etc. About You: B Tech /Diploma - Civil /Architect 10+ Years & above of relevant experience Should have completed at least 1-2 Hotel / Resort project end to end during the tenure Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works Excellent organizational and motivational skills Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities INCO: âœCushman & Wakefieldâ
